We are looking for people to sign up as street captains in our neighborhoods. Our intention is to identify people that will act as a representative for their particular street. Responsibilities will be minimal. We hope to use the street captain network as a line of communication between the committee and the residents on each street in our area. We are also trying to get a handle on the graffiti problem. Please email us or call any sites that you come across. Give us the address and a description of where the graffiti is located, i.e. on a mailbox, on a building or sidewalk. We will work continuously on this effort and submit our lists to the City of Boston - Graffiti Busters with a request for their prompt removal. Contact us at the next Association meeting or call Anne Riley @ 617-825-9859 for info. Our new email address: beautificationcommittee@yahoo.com
