The March General Meeting will include a report from the CSHCA’s Government Affairs Committee on the K-Circle/Morrissey Boulevard Commission, which is in the process of determining how these roadways will deal with climate change, including how high the roadways will need to be, which could cause other problems for the community. We will also have a report from the CSHCA Community Benefits Committee regarding planning for receiving funding for the civic association to support programs which can strengthen our community. There will be a presentation on a mural for the new wall at Ryan Playground and an update on the ongoing Eversource construction project. You will also hear about the coming Easter Egg Hunt and Park Cleanups planned for the next few weeks. That and other reports from your active community’s civic association. Planning voted to recommend OPPOSITION to the General Membership due to abutter opposition, concerns overall size, height, and amount of usable living space.
