The CSHCA committees will typically be meeting virtually for the remainder of the year. You can connect to the meeting via Zoom or over the phone; using the phone will prevent you from seeing the screen. Meeting information for both is listed below. (Planning is listed before E-Board because the agenda is more significant, and I don’t want it buried in the email.)
Planning Committee Meeting Protocol
- Presenters are allotted up to 10 minutes to discuss plans and present materials (brevity is encouraged)
- Abutters are allotted 8 minutes to ask questions, receive answers, and share concerns (having one abutter who represents shared concerns is encouraged)
- Planning Committee members, E-Board members, and CSHCA officers are allotted 8 minutes to ask questions, receive answers, and share concerns
- Attendees are allotted up to 4 minutes to ask questions, receive answers, and share concerns
- Questions and comments that are not answered during this time frame should be entered into the Q&A section, and will be submitted to the presenters for written answers, and later disseminated in the meeting’s notes
- The chat is open but not monitored
- Speakers must be recognized by the Chair before speaking
Planning Committee Agenda
- 19-21 Buttonwood St: it is a conversion from a two-story structure to a three-story structure

- 17-19 Playstead Rd: this proposal returns with a variety of changes to the original plans, such as reduced number of units from 4 to 3, and now the proposed structure matches the envelope of the existing structure
