      Need volunteers to plant daffodils

    • Update on South Bay redevelopment
    • A representative spoke about Reines International, owner of a Japanese restaurant brand interested in the neighborhood. Wants a liquor license.
    • Motion to write letter of support for liquor license-passed
    • 110 Savin Hill Ave James Baker property. Opening Savin Hill Fitness school
    • Announcement by Desmond about the fraud that CSHCA was victimized by over the summer.
    • Desmond provided an update about the Slow Streets initiative. Some discussion.
    • Eileen Fenton gave the Planning Committee Update
    • 26 Wilis Street – proposal to tear down 1-family, and construct a 3-family. Proponent coming back with revised plans.
    • Theo’s (at the corner of Elton St and Dot Ave) has a new plan to build up
    • Evandale Terrace: extending garage to add a parking spot, change occupancy from a single family to two. Motion to support-passed
    • 10 Midland: at abutters meeting proposal to turn one family into 2 instead of 3.
    • Bruce Shatswell spoke about the I-93 salt pile turning into parking for Boston Collegiate. Vigorous discussion.
    • Motion to initiate community benefits committee co-chaired by Frank Baker and someone to be appointed by executive board. Not voted on because committee already established.
    • 50/50 raffle
