This project was approved at the June 5th General Membership meeting by a vote of: Support – 16, Opposed – 3, Abstain – 1; and, at the May 10th Planning meeting by a vote of: Support – 7, Opposed – 3, Abstain – 1.

  • 164 Savin Hill Avenue: (3 Units) January 9th. ZBA voted to SUPPORT this proposal with BPDA design review.
  • 841 Columbia Road: (6 Units) November 28th. DEFERRED to January 23, 2024.
