- All projects voted on in the Planning Committee are intended to be presented to the General Membership for the final vote before a letter is sent to the ZBA, or other governing agency, on behalf of membership. For this special meeting there will be no subsequent General Membership vote. There is no July General Membership meeting. Therefore, planning votes are open to the general membership.
