All projects voted on in the Planning Committee are intended to be presented to the General Membership for a final vote before a letter is sent to the ZBA, or other governing agency, on behalf of members. 

September 12th Planning Committee Meeting Agenda

  • 33 Pearl Street: Proponents present their REVISED plans to raze existing single family home and construct a six (6) unit building with eight (8) parking spaces. See revised plans HEREHEREHERE & below for June 13th proposal for eight (8) units and ten (10) parking spaces. 
  • 164 Savin Hill Avenue: Proposal to gut single family to create a 3 unit building with additions to front rear and side of building, below grade parking and rear decks. See revised plans HEREHEREHEREHEREHEREHERE & see below for four (4) unit presentation.

September 11th General Membership Votes

  • 26 Spring Garden Street: Proposal to add a curb cut and parking spot next to the house.   • 35,55,75 Morrissey Boulevard: Proponent (Center Court) will present their plan for a Planned Development Area on the site containing 1.5 million gross square feet of mixed use development with 7 buildings (4 life science, 3 residential and retail) delivered in 3 phases and 1.35 acres of public open space. June 13th Planning Meeting 

There were no votes at this meeting.

         Other Points of Interest:

  • Dorchester Bay City – SPECIAL HYBRID GENERAL MEETING Voted to recommend SUPPORT of the proposal for a Planned Development Area on the site by a vote of 21 Support, 6 Opposed, 1 Abstain.
  • 67-71 Sydney Street: Proposal to demolish two single family homes and construct 3 on same.
