- 35,55,75 Morrissey Boulevard: Proponent (Center Court) will present their plan for a Planned Development Area on the site containing 1.5 million gross square feet of mixed use development with 7 buildings (4 life science, 3 residential and retail) delivered in 3 phases and 1.35 acres of public open space.
