June 13th Agenda

  • 33 Pearl Street: Proposal to raze existing single family home and construct an eight (8) unit building with ten (10) parking spaces. See plans HERE HERE and HERE. See Refusal Letter HERE.

June 5th General Meeting Votes

  • 135 Morrissey – Southline: Proponents are seeking approval for ‘educational use’ zoning for up to 30% of leasable space at the property. Planning voted 7-3 (with 1 abstain) to SUPPORT this proposal. The General Membership voted to SUPPORT this proposal 16 support 3 Opposed 1 Abstain
  • 86 Grampian Way: Proponent is requesting approval for a third floor addition to their home. See refusal letter HERE See plans HERE. Planning voted unanimously to SUPPORT this proposal. The General Membership voted to unanimously SUPPORT this proposal.
