All projects voted on in the Planning Committee are intended to be presented to the General Membership for a final vote before a letter is sent to the ZBA, or other governing agency, on behalf of members. There is no General Membership meeting in August so votes on the Dorchester Ave proposal will serve as recommendations to the ZBA.

August 8th Agenda & Votes

  • 889 Dorchester Ave: Proponent is requesting approval to add take-out service for the restaurant. See Refusal Letter HERE. See Plans HERE. See MENU HERE. Last month Planning voted unanimously to recommend SUPPORT of this proposal to General Membership (12 support 0 opposed).
  • 35,55,75 Morrissey Boulevard: Proponent (Center Court) will present their plan for a Planned Development Area on the site containing 1.5 million gross square feet of mixed use development with 7 buildings (4 life science, 3 residential and retail) delivered in 3 phases and 1.35 acres of public open space. September 12th Planning Meeting

  • 26 Spring Garden Street: Proposal to add a curb cut and parking spot next to the house.
